These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the vestravon.com website operated by Vestravon S.A.S. in the Argentine Republic.

Vestravon is not a financial entity, does not conduct financial intermediation, does not offer investment products and does not deal in securities. It is not registered as a CNV Agent nor authorised by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA).
3. Acceptance
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the portal.
4. Account and subscription
To subscribe to the newsletter you must provide true and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out with them.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, brands, logos, graphics and other content of the site are the property of Vestravon S.A.S. or its licensors. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorisation is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240 and amendments. The enforcement authority in CABA is the General Directorate for Consumer Defence and Protection of the City Government.

Vestravon may update these Terms at any time. The version in force will always be the one published at this URL.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
