We collect the data you voluntarily provide via forms (name and email), browsing data (anonymised IP, device type, pages visited) and your cookie consent data.
We use your data to send you educational materials, manage newsletter subscriptions, measure site performance, prevent abuse and comply with our legal obligations.
Processing is based on your free, explicit and informed consent, on Vestravon's legitimate interest in improving its educational services and on compliance with the legal obligations applicable in Argentina.
We keep your data for as long as the subscription relationship lasts and up to five (5) years after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention period applies.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with email delivery and web analytics providers, all of which are bound by confidentiality and the safeguards required by Law No. 25,326.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory body for Law No. 25,326 and has the authority to handle complaints and claims related to breaches of personal data protection regulations.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
